  • How long does it take to set-up a pop-up gazebo?

A 3×3 Pop-up Gazebo:

The setup for a 3x6m pop-up gazebo can take between 45 minutes and 1 hour. There will be additional time required depending on the number of walls being installed (Caution: Must have 2 people minimum to set-up a 3x6m pop-up gazebo).

  • Collection vs Delivery?

For Collection:

You simply need to come to the location we provide to collect and drop off the rental items. You will provide a time for collection and drop-off during the order process. We are open for collections and drop-offs from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Monday-Saturday).

  • What if I damage any of the equipment during usage?

Normal wear and tear is to be expected, however any breakages will be treated as a product sold to you unless you have paid for the insurance package.

Late Fees: 20% of rental cost per day for late returns.

No Refunds: Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds for unused products.

In the event of any accident or incident resulting in property damage or bodily injury, the customer agrees to take full responsibility and indemnify Event Essentials Rental from any claims or legal actions. Event Essentials Rental will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the customer’s property related to the use or malfunction of our rental equipment. Event Essentials Rental provides no warranties regarding the suitability of the equipment for any specific purpose.
